All Swedish orders are sent with DHL service point. Our delivery time is 1-2 working days. If you place your order before 2pm (14:00) we will send your package on the same day and your package should be delivered next working day at your local DHL-service point.
Ljung is entitled to charge the Customer a fee of 149sek if the package is not retrieved.
You have a full refund and cancellation right within 14 days after you received your package, if you have not used the product and it is returned undamaged. Of course you may try your product in order to ensure that it suits you. Please Keep in mind that we charge you for 40:- when returning an order or items from you order.

We ship our Norwegian orders with bring parcels (posten.no). Estimated delivery time for your order is 2-6 working days. Your order will be delivered to your closest delivery point and you will receive a text message (SMS) to your phone number when your package is ready for pick-up.

Please keep in mind that we charge you for 80NOK when returning your order or some items from it to us. If you would like to exchange an item from your order it is a free at charge.
We send all our international packages with UPS (Norway not included) and our ambition is to send your parcel 24 hours after you placed your order, but delivery time may be affected by where you live and UPS routes.
Please note that UPS requires a signature when they deliver the package to you. The couriers usually operate between 8am - 6 pm, if possible, use your working adress for deliveries.

UPS Standard - Delivery time is 3-4 business days. A Charge of 12€ is added to your order. If you purchase for more than 175€, shipping is free of charge.
UPS Express - Delivery time is 1-2 business days, a charge of 20€ is added to your order.
If the goods are lost or damaged during shipment to you Ljung International AB is liable. If the goods are lost or damaged when you return it, you are liable.
Please keep in mind that we will charge you 12€ when sending back your order to us when not making an exchange.
All exchanged are based on stock availability and are shipping to you free of charge. Please fill in our return note which was sent with your package and send it back to us.

1. Place the item in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
2. Close the box and make sure it's securely taped.
3. Send an e-mail to email@example.com that you will return the goods. Please write the order number in the subject line and you will receive an return label from us and instructions of how to return your order.
4. You will receive an e-mail when your package has reached our warehouse and from that delivery date, it will take 1-3 working days before your money will be transferred to your bank account.
